Adding special salt  

To avoid damage to the appliance, only add special  

salt to the dispenser for special salt just before the  

programme starts.

and remove.

Re-assemble the filter system and insert it into the appliance. Cleaning spray arms Check the outlet nozzles on the spray arms for blockages under running water. Insert the upper and lower spray arms and ensure they click into position. Clean wastewater pump Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Remove any remnants of food and foreign bodies in the area of the impeller. Troubleshooting Identify faults and their causes, such as blocked filters or wastewater pump. Ensure the water supply is turned on and the supply hose is not kinked. Adjust the rinse aid setting if streaks are present on glassware. Check for rust spots on cutlery and ensure only rust-resistant items are washed together. Ensure spray arms can rotate freely and are not obstructed by tableware. Reset the appliance if all LEDs light up or flash.
