Check Operating Temperatures
Before operating machine, verify:
Check chemicals on or near the machine for adequate
supply of each product:

Flip “OFF/ON/FILL”switch to “ON”position.
Run a minimum of two cycles to raise water temps:
•
Sump strainer and scrap screen are in place and
clean.
Close door and hold “OFF/ON/FILL”switch in “FILL “
position for approximately 8-10 seconds.
•
•
Wash Tank: 120 ° minimum, 140 ° recommended.
Final Rinse: 120 ° minimum, 140 ° recommended.
•
Check detergent, rinse-aid, and sanitizer levels in
containers.
•
•
Drain stopper is installed.
•
Water must be between lines on drain stopper.
•
Replace if empty and prime lines.
Wash/rinse arms are installed and secure.
Regularly inspect sump strainer and scrap screen to
ensure they are not clogged.

Washing a Rack of Ware
•
Dump and hand-scrape dishware to remove foodsoil and
other debris.
•

Fill sink with hot water and add presoak solution.
Immediately place flatware in the sink.
Soak flatware 15-30 minutes (no longer).
Place flatware in proper rack and rinse.
DO NOT ALLOW PRESOAK SOLUTION IN DISHMACHINE
Wash flatware in dishmachine.

When cycle is complete, remove and shake rack to remove
excess water.
•
All dishes, cups, and silverware should be placed in proper
racks.
•

Soak in warm water if necessary to loosen food particles.
Place scrapped ware into dishrack.
Sort flatware into cylinders, handle down, and wash a
second time.
DO NOT OVERLOAD RACKS
Slide a loaded rack of soiled ware into machine.
Close door. Cycle begins automatically.
At end of cycle, cycle light will turn off.
Open door and remove rack.

Place flatware in clean cylinders with handle up.
Rinse ware with pre-rinse hose.

Turn machine off by flipping “OFF/ON/FILL”switch to “OFF”position.

Unscrew wash/rinse arms from manifolds.
•

Spray or wipe out interior of machine.
Open door.
Verify nozzles and arms are free from obstruction. If clogged, remove
end-caps, clean nozzles with a brush, and flush with fresh water.
Replace wash/rinse arms.
Remove drain stopper and allow tub to drain (CAUTION: Wash tank water will
be hot).
Ensure sump strainer and scrap screen are clean and securely in place.
Use stainless steel polish to clean and protect outside of machine.

Replace end-caps and ensure they are tight.
•

Remove sump strainer and scrap screen.
Use a hand-scraper to scrape foodsoil into trash basket.
Rinse with pre-rinse hose and replace.
Wash/Rinse Arm End-Cap
DELIMING
1. Follow “Fill & Start Machine”instructions above.
2. Add deliming solution per chemical supplier’s instructions.
3. Close door.
4. Flip NORMAL/DELIME switch to DELIME.
7. Flip NORMAL/DELIME switch to NORMAL.
8. Run two cycles to remove residual deliming solution.
9. Drain and re-ꢀll machine.
5. Run machine period of time recommended by chemical supplier.
6. Wait ꢀve minutes, then inspect inside of machine. If machine is not
delimed, run again.
