Page 8: Rinse aid is released during the final rinse to prevent water forming droplets on your dishes, which can leave spots and streaks. The rinse aid dispenser is located inside the door next to the detergent dispenser. To fill the dispenser, open the cap and pour the rinse aid into the dispenser until the level indicator turns completely black. Only use branded rinse aid for dishwasher. Never fill the rinse aid dispenser with any other substances, as this would damage the appliance. You should never let the rinse aid get below 1/4 full. To open the dispenser, turn the cap to the open arrow and lift it out. Pour the rinse aid into the dispenser, being careful not to overfill. Clean up any rinse aid spill during filling with an absorbent cloth to avoid excessive foaming during the next wash. Don't forget to replace the cap before you close the dishwasher door.
Page 9: Adjusting rinse aid dispenser The rinse aid dispenser has six or four settings. Always start with the dispenser set on 4. If spots and poor drying are a problem, increase the amount of rinse aid dispensed by rotating the dial to 5. Increase the dose if there are drops of water or lime spots on the dishes after washing. Reduce it if there are sticky whitish stains on your dishes or a bluish film on glassware. Detergents have chemical ingredients that are necessary to remove dirt and transport it out of the dishwasher. Most commercial quality detergents are suitable for this purpose. Detergents without phosphate may lead to white spots on dishes and glasses in hard water. Concentrated detergent can be split into two basic types: conventional alkaline detergents and low alkaline concentrated detergents with natural enzymes. Using a normal washing program with concentrated detergent reduces pollution and is good for your dishes. Detergent tablets dissolve at different speeds, so use a long program when using them to ensure complete removal of detergent residues. The dispenser must be refilled before the start of each wash cycle. Generally, only one tablespoon of detergent is needed for a normal wash load. Always add the detergent just before starting the dishwasher to ensure proper dissolution.
Page 10: Adding detergent to dispenser Always add the detergent just before starting each wash cycle. Only use branded detergent and rinse aid for dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is corrosive. Take care to keep it out of reach of children. Use only detergent specifically made for use in dishwashers. Don't put powder detergent into the dispenser until you're ready to wash dishes. Fill the detergent dispenser with detergent. If the dishes are heavily soiled, place an additional detergent dose in the pre-wash detergent chamber. Please observe the manufacturer's recommendations on the detergent packaging.
Page 11: Consider buying utensils that are identified as dishwasher-proof. Use a mild detergent that is described as 'kind to dishes'. Select a programme with as low a temperature for particular items. Do not take glass and cutlery out of the dishwasher immediately after the programme has ended. Some types of glasses can become dull after a large number of washes. Silver and aluminium parts have a tendency to discolour during washing. For the best performance of the dishwasher, follow loading guidelines. Scrape off any food particles and soften remnants of burnt food in pans. Load hollow items with the opening facing downwards to prevent water collection. Do not overload your dishwasher for good results and reasonable energy consumption.
Page 12: Position the dishes and cookware so that they do not get moved by the spray of water. Cutlery should be placed into the cutlery basket with handles at the bottom. Do not let any item extend through bottom. Always load sharp utensils with the sharp point down!
Page 13: Pre-wash (50℃) Wash (55℃) Rinse Drying For heaviest soiled crockery, pots, pans, dishes etc with dried on soiling. Intensive Wash (60℃) Rinse (70℃) Drying For heavily soiled loads, such as pots, plates, glasses and lightly soiled pans. Heavy Wash (47℃) Rinse (50℃) Drying For normally soiled loads, such as pots, plates, glasses and lightly soiled pans. Standard daily cycle. Wash (45℃) Rinse (60℃) Drying For lightly soiled loads, such as glasses, crystal and fine china. Glass Wash (65℃) Rinse (70℃) Drying For lightly soiled crockery and glass. Rapid Wash (40℃) Rinse A shorter wash for lightly soiled loads and quick wash. Starting a wash cycle Draw out the basket. Pour in the detergent. Insert the plug into the socket. Make sure that the water supply is turned on to full pressure. Press the program button to select the wash program.
Page 14: You can modify the washing program if the dishwasher just worked for a short time. Press Start/Pause Button, then press the Program button for more than three seconds to change the program. If you open the door during washing, the machine will pause and resume after 10 seconds when closed. A forgotten dish can be added any time before the detergent cup opens. When the working cycle has finished, the buzzer will sound for 8 seconds. Turn off the appliance using the Power button and shut off the water supply. Wait a few minutes before unloading the dishwasher to avoid scalding. Hot dishes are sensitive to knocks and should cool down for about 15 minutes before removal. Open the dishwasher's door, leave it ajar, and wait a few minutes before removing the dishes for better drying. It is dangerous to open the door when washing due to the risk of scalding.
Page 15: The filter prevents larger remnants of food or other objects from getting inside the pump. The filter system consists of a coarse filter, a flat (main filter), and a micro filter (fine filter). Food and soil particles trapped by the main filter are pulverized by a special jet on the spray arm and washed down to drain. The fine filter holds soil and food residues in the sump area and prevents them from being redeposited on the dishes during a cycle. Larger items, such as pieces of bone or glass, that could block the drain are trapped in the coarse filter. To remove the items caught by the coarse filter, gently squeeze the tap on the top of this filter and lift it out. The filter efficiently removes food particles from the wash water, allowing it to be recycled during the cycle. For best performance, the filter assembly must be cleaned regularly. Never run the dishwasher without the filters in place. Improper replacement of the filter may reduce the performance level of the appliance and damage dishes and utensils.
Page 16: Inspect the filters for blocking after every use of the dishwasher. The entire filter assembly should be cleaned once a week. Use a cleaning brush to clean the coarse filter and the fine filter. Reassemble the filter parts and reinsert the entire assembly in the dishwasher. Clean the control panel with a lightly dampened cloth and dry it thoroughly. Use a good appliance polish wax for the exterior. Use only a soft warm, damp cloth to clean the edge around the door. Do not use a spray cleaner on the door panel to avoid damage. Take frost protection measures on the dishwasher in winter. If the dishwasher cannot work due to ice, contact authorized service persons.
Page 17: Cleaning the spray arms can prevent possible clogging. Wash the spray arms under running water and ensure they rotate freely after reassembly. When not in use for a long time, run a wash cycle with the dishwasher empty and leave the door slightly open. After every wash, turn off the water supply and leave the door slightly open to prevent moisture and odors. Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning or performing maintenance. Keep the appliance in a vertical position when moving it; it can be placed on its back if necessary. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning products on the exterior and rubber parts of the dishwasher. Periodic cleaning of seals with a damp sponge can prevent odors from forming. Use a cloth dampened with water and vinegar or a dishwasher-specific cleaning product for interior stains. Disconnect electrical power before installing the dishwasher to avoid electrical shock hazards.
Page 18: Position the appliance in the desired location with the back against the wall and sides along adjacent cabinets or wall. The dishwasher is equipped with water supply and drain hoses that can be positioned to facilitate proper installation. Do not use an extension cord or an adapter plug with this appliance. Do not cut or remove the earthing under any circumstances. Connect the dishwasher to the appropriate power supply according to the rating label. Use a 10 amp time delay fuse or circuit breaker and provide a separate circuit for this appliance. Ensure the voltage and frequency of the power supply correspond to those on the rating plate. Only insert the plug into an electrical socket that is properly earthed. Connect the cold water supply hose to a threaded 3/4 inch connector and ensure it is fastened tightly. Let the water run to ensure it is clear and free of impurities before connecting.
Page 19: Insert the drain hose into a drain pipe with a minimum diameter of 4cm, or let it run into the sink, making sure to avoid bending or crimping it. The free end of the hose must be at a height lower than 30 cm and must not be immersed into water to avoid the backflow of it. The top of the hose must be less than 300mm.
Page 20: How to drain excess water from hoses If the sink is more than 300mm higher than the floor, the excess water in hoses cannot be drained directly into the sink. It will be necessary to drain excess water from hoses into a bowl or suitable container that is held outside and lower than the sink. Connect the water drain hose. The drain hose must be correctly fitted to avoid water leaks. Ensure that the water drain hose is not kinked or squashed. If you need a drain hose extension, make sure to use a similar drain hose. It must be no longer than 4 metres, otherwise the cleaning effect of the dishwasher could be reduced. The following things should be checked before starting the dishwasher. The dishwasher is level and fixed properly. The inlet valve is open. The inlet and drain hoses are not knotted.
Page 21: Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped. Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker. Power supply is not turned on. Make sure the dishwasher is turned on and the door is closed securely. Door of dishwasher not properly closed. Make sure to close the door properly and latch it. Check drain hose for kinks. Filter clogged. Check the coarse filter. Kitchen sink clogged. Check kitchen sink to make sure it is draining well. Use only the special dishwasher detergent to avoid suds. Spilled rinse-aid should be wiped up immediately. The affected items should be corrosion resistant. The spray arm may be knocking against an item in a basket.
Page 22: The dishes were not loaded correctly. Select a more intensive programme. Not enough detergent was dispensed. Items are blocking the path of spray arms. The filter combination is not clean or is not correctly fitted. Unsatisfactory washing result may occur with a combination of soft water and too much detergent. Dishes block detergent cups from opening. Increase the amount of rinse-aid or refill the rinse-aid dispenser. Do not empty your dishwasher immediately after washing. Choose a program with a high rinse temperature.
