FAQ for normal question  

Q1: How to deal with E1 error?  

A1: Please check that the inlet pipe is cleaned regularly and that the filter is not blocked and  

the water is coming in properly? If not, please clean them and see if error is solved.  

A2: Please check that the inlet pipe is not folded or squeezed and water can enter properly?  

If not, please adjust the pipe and see if error is solved.  

Q2: How to deal with not dry?  

A1: This machine uses residual heat for drying. If you open the door to check as soon as the  

program finishes, the liner and basket will be a little wet. You can open the door and wait half  

an hour for better drying result.  

A2: Please check if you use the Express washing program as this washing temperature would  

be lower and drying performance would be relatively poor. If you need higher drying  

performance, we recommend using standard and intensive cycle.  

A3: Please check if rinse aid is used as the drying effect will be greatly improved after using.  

A4: Please check if there are not too few dishes in the machine. If the number of dishes is too  

small, it will result in insufficient residual heat and a relatively poor drying performance.  

Q3: How to deal with E4 error？  

Poor drainage can lead to E4.  

A1: Please check that the drainage pipe is not squeezed or blocked. Poor drainage can lead  

to E4. If not, please adjust the pipe and see if error is solved.  

A2: Please confirm whether the filter is not removed and cleaned regularly. If not, please clean  

the filter and see if error is solved.  

A3: Please check if you have the proper detergent for dishwasher. If you use the wrong  

detergent, the foam will cause water level rising and cause E4.  

A4: Please confirm that the machine is placed horizontally and that there are no foreign  

objects in the bottom of the machine causing it to rise? If the machine is not level, water will  

gradually overflow and cause E4
