PRE-SCRAP DISHES  

Spray down the inside of the machine and scrub  

any hard-to-reach spots with a clean, damp cloth.  

Remove rack track, strainer, scrap basket and  

ASR basket* to clean and rinse.

commercial detergents & sanitizers with the AM16.  

3. Chemical pumps will prime automatically once the  

ENTER button is pressed.
