Pods, liquid, or powder detergent are all acceptable. Add detergent to the detergent
dispenser located on the bottom of the glass door (depicted in the figure below).
The table below shows which modes are used for each cleaning job and how much
detergent is needed.

ꢀ DO NOT add detergent when using the Fruit mode.
ꢀ The use of normal washing mode in combination with low alkaline concentrated detergents
with natural enzymes reduces pollution and is good for your dishes.
• The detergent must be refilled before the start of each wash cycle.
ꢀ Generally, only one tablespoon of detergent is needed for a normal wash load.
ꢀ Always add the detergent just before starting the dishwasher. Otherwise it could become
damp and will not dissolve properly.

NOTES:
ꢀ For washing tableware in the water tank mode, add water with a temperature below 104 °F
(40 °C). For washing fruits and vegetables, add room temperature water. The default
cleaning time is 19 minutes in Fruit mode. You can stop the wash cycle in this mode to
prevent the fruits from becoming over-washed or damaged.
ꢀ The Dry mode can be used with any washing mode other than Fruit mode.
