The ECO programme is used to clean normally soiled
dishes, as it is the most efficient programme for this use
in terms of its combined energy and water
consumption.
It is also used to assess compliance with EU ecodesign
legislation.

Washing dishes in a household dishwasher
generally consumes less energy and water during the use
phase than washing by hand if the machine is used
according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Only use powder detergent for short programmes.
Short programmes do not include a drying step.
To aid drying, you should open the door slightly after
the programme has finished.
NOTE: In accordance with EU regulations
1016/2010
and
1059/2010,
the
energy
consumption values of the ECO programme may
deviate.
The programme table corresponds to the
2019/2022 and 2017/2022 regulations.
