2.2 Notes on commissioning

ꢂOperatingꢁrequirements

Always observe to the following limit values for operation:

• Maximum permissible water pressure / inlet: 1 MPa

• Minimum permissible water pressure / inlet: 0.04 MPa

• Load limit per wash cycle: 10 tableware sets

• Only operate the appliance if it is in perfect condition

and has been properly installed, ideally by a suitably qualified

specialist.

• Before commissioning, adjust the salt dosage

of the water softener according to your water hardness

and fill the salt container,

fill and adjust the dosage setting of the rinse aid container

and fill the detergent dispenser,

as described in the following sections.

• To operate, set and use the appliance, proceed

as described in the relevant sections.

ꢂSmellꢁperceptionꢁduringꢁoperation

If your appliance smells slightly of solvent or similar

after commissioning, this is normal.

With new appliances, plastic and synthetic odours can

occur during the first 20 to 30 wash cycles due to heating.

However, these odours will gradually dissipate.
