20.2 AQUA-STOP guarantee
20 Service department
In addition to the warranty claims
against the seller based on the
purchase agreement and on our
factory warranty, you will be
compensated if the conditions below
are met.
Original replacement parts that are
relevant for operation in accordance
with the relevant Ecodesign
Regulation can be obtained from our
service department for a period of at
least 10 years from the moment the
device is placed on the market within
the European Economic Area.
¡If due to an error in the AquaStop
If water damage is caused to the
system, we will reimburse the
damage suffered by private users.
To ensure the water protection
system, the device must be
connected to the mains.
Remark:Calling the service department
in the context of the manufacturer's
warranty conditions is free of charge.
Detailed information about the warranty
period and warranty conditions in your
country can be obtained from our service
department, your dealer or on our
website.
¡The liability guarantee
applies for the life of the device.
¡Condition for entitlement
guarantee is that the device with
AquaStop has been installed and
connected professionally and in
accordance with our installation
instructions; this also includes the
professionally installed extension of the
AquaStop (original accessories). Our
warranty does not cover defective
supply lines or fittings up to the
AquaStop connection on the tap.
When you contact the service
department, you will need the product
number (E-Nr.), the production
number (FD) and the serial number (Z-
Nr.) of the device.
The contact details of the service

service department list or on our website.

¡While using a device
In principle, with AquaStop you do
not have to stay or stop. Turn off
the tap after use for safety reasons.
Only in the event of a longer
absence, for example if you are
going on holiday for a few weeks,
should the tap be turned off.
The product number (E-No.), the
production number (FD) and the serial
number (Z-No.) can be found on the
rating plate of the device.
The rating plate can be found on the
inside of the appliance door.
To quickly find your device
information and service telephone
numbers, you can write down the
information.
