The access panel is wider than the door panel. All edges should be routed to 7/32 (5.6 mm) thickness. Cut the door panel to clear the access panel when the door is in the open position. Custom door panels thicker than 7/32 (5.6 mm) require routing at the top and bottom. Custom access panels thicker than 7/32 (5.6 mm) should have all four sides routed to 7/32 (5.6 mm) thickness.
