BOSCH SMS6ZCI01P Dishwasher Overview

Summary of Contents

  • Page 1: Before using for the first time, read the instruction manual and the safety information it contains. Overview of water hardness settings. The programme data has been measured in the laboratory according to European standard EN 60436. The consumption figures depend on the programme and additional function selected. Connect your appliance to a mobile device. To avoid damage to the appliance, only add special salt to the dispenser for special salt just before the programme starts. Add rinse aid up to the max mark. Add the detergent to the dry detergent dispenser. Load the tableware. Only clean tableware that is suitable for dishwashers.
  • Page 2: Cleaning filters involves checking for residue after each wash, removing the filter system, and cleaning the filter elements under running water. For cleaning spray arms, check the outlet nozzles for blockages and ensure they can rotate freely. The wastewater pump should be checked for blockages and cleaned as necessary. Troubleshooting includes identifying faults such as water supply issues, blocked wastewater pumps, and improper rinse aid settings. Common faults include E:32-00 indicating a kinked supply hose and E:61-02 signaling a blocked wastewater pump. Rust spots on cutlery may result from insufficient rust resistance or washing rusting items together. Filters may become soiled or blocked, requiring cleaning to ensure proper function. Detergent residue can occur if the spray arms are blocked or if the detergent dispenser is not rinsed out properly. If all LEDs light up or flash, it indicates a fault detected by the electronics, requiring a reset. Ensure filters are inserted correctly and engaged to avoid issues with the appliance's operation.
