• Page 4: Cove dishwashers clean to a higher standard. They are built to ensure that every dish and utensil—including plastic containers, heavy saucepans, wire whisks, and even delicate china plates—emerge from the dishwasher spotlessly clean and dry. Cove offers a vast array of custom wash and dry options and interiors that adjust to accommodate any size or combination of dishes. All models can be fully integrated with custom cabinetry or stainless steel panels to complement any kitchen design. Dishwasher models include DW2450, DW2451/ADA, DW2451WS/ADA, and DW2450WS.
• Page 5: Cove dishwashers overall dimensions are provided for standard and ADA height models. The standard height dishwasher measures 23 8 (600) in width and 34 1/2 (876) in height. The ADA height dishwasher measures 23 4 (591) in width and 32 2 (826) in height. Minimum and maximum height for the standard model is 33 3/4 (857) to 34 3/4 (883). Minimum and maximum height for the ADA model is 31 7/8 (810) to 32 7/8 (835). The open door width for both models is 26 4 (679). Important note: Overall dimensions do not include the door panel or handle. Dimensions will vary with panel thickness.
• Page 6: Cove dishwashers accommodate varying opening widths. A 23 5/8 (60 cm) width provides minimum reveals and is ideal for new construction. A 24 (610) width is also common; however, reveals for a 24 opening will be larger than the reveals for a 23 5/8 opening unless the panel width is adjusted accordingly. Allow for panel thickness when planning the finished opening depth. Panels thicker than 3/4 (19) require additional depth if the unit is being installed flush. A minimum 3 1/2 (89) finished return is required on all sides of the opening. Cove dishwashers accommodate varying opening heights. A 34 1/2 (876) height is typical, however, ADA height models accommodate height restricted openings. The unit allows for 1 (25) of total height adjustment. For openings exceeding the maximum product height, the door panel can extend above the top of the door.
• Page 7: Cove Dishwashers Installation must comply with all applicable electrical codes. Installation must comply with all applicable plumbing codes. A separate circuit servicing only this appliance is required. A ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet or breaker may be required. Locate the water supply and drain within reach of the water and drain connections. The drain tube connection must be 20 to 43 above the bottom of the dishwasher leveling legs. Electrical supply requires a 115 VAC, 60 Hz, 15 amp dedicated circuit. Water connection requires 5' braided tubing with a 3/8 female compression fitting. Drain connection requires 5' corrugated tubing with a pressure of 30–140 psi. Connect the water supply line to a hot water house supply with an easily accessible shut-off valve.
• Page 8: Cove dishwashers require specific panel dimensions based on the opening width. The custom panel width should be 1/4 less than the opening width to achieve minimum reveals. Stainless steel accessory door panels are available in two widths for different opening sizes. The minimum panel height for standard height models is 28 and for ADA height models is 26. The minimum toe kick height is 4. Finish all sides of the custom panel as they may be visible when the door is open. Handle mounting hardware must be flush with the back of the door panel. Max weight for panels, including the handle, is 20 lb (9 kg). Minimum thickness for panels is 1/2. Optimal weight for ADA height models is less than 18 lb and for standard height models is less than 16 lb.
• Page 9: Cove dishwashers feature a door panel and kickplate. It is possible to adhere a custom kickplate to the factory kickplate. The height and thickness of the kickplate can vary, provided it does not impede the door panel rotation. The upper right corner of any kickplate exceeding 3 3/8 in height must be notched to allow for airflow. Refer to the illustration for specific measurements and adjustments related to the kickplate. Kickplate height and depth adjustments are important for proper installation. Ensure the kickplate does not obstruct the functionality of the dishwasher. The typical kickplate height is specified in the document. The document includes a front view and side view illustration for clarity. Follow the guidelines to maintain proper airflow and functionality.

• Page 11: Warranty Cove Appliance Residential Limited Warranty Full five year warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Service must be performed by Cove Factory Certified Service. Limited lifetime warranty covers repair or replacement of specific parts that prove to be defective. The warranty applies only to products installed for normal residential use. The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, accident, or improper use. Cove Appliance will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the breach of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights that may vary from state to state. Stainless steel parts are covered by a limited 60-day parts and labor warranty for cosmetic defects.
