General Warranty Conditions

9. Damage that has been caused by a faulty device must be personally reported by the

consumer to his or her insurance.

10. Additional or alternative claims, particularly to compensate for damage caused outside the

device, are excluded unless such liability has been prescribed by law.

11. In addition, in accordance with legal provisions, we bear unrestricted liability for damage that

falls under the Product liability Act and all damage that can be attributed to deliberate

contractual breaches, gross negligence or deliberate intent on our part, or on the part of our

legal representatives or persons appointed by us.
