6 TROUBLESHOOTING
Before Calling for Service
Problem
Possible Cause
Solution
Door may not be closed properly
Shut the door completely, make
sure it is latched
Power supply or power line is not
connected
Check and connect the power
supply, refer to this manual to reset
Dishwasher won’t start
Delay Start option has been
selected
Deactivate the Child Lock, refer to
Child Lock section in this manual
Child Lock activated
It indicates the wash cycle finished,
the dishwasher will beep
Dishwasher beeps at the
end of cycle
The Rinse Aid level is low
Add Rinse Aid
Rinse Aid light on
Check the dishwasher, make sure
it is connected to the hot water
supply
The dishwasher is connected to
cold water
When heavy soil is detected the
Auto, Normal, Heavy Wash cycle
will automatically increase the
cycle time
Dishwasher operates
too long
The cycle time will vary due to the
soil
The Sanitize option is selected
When Sanitize option is selected,
the cycle time will increase to meet
the sanitized temperature request
Use dishwasher when water
pressure is normal
Make sure dishwasher is
connected to hot water supply, try
not to use dishwasher when hot
water is being used elsewhere
Water pressure is temporarily low
The inlet water is low
Dishes are loaded too close
together
Load dishes again as the manual
introduced
Dishes are
not clean enough
Improper use of detergent
Add detergent depending on the
water hardness and the cycle
chosen, use fresh detergent
The selected cycle is not suitable
for food soil condition
Spray arms are blocked by items
Choose another cycle for longer
washing time
Make sure the spray arm is rotated
fluently
Fill Rinse Aid Dispenser or increase
amount of Rinse Aid
Detergent dispenser is empty
Improper loading of dishes
Dishes are
not drying enough
Load the dishes again as indicated
The cycle you chose did not
include drying
Choose the proper cycle with
drying
