  • Page 3: Part 1: Safety precautions This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities if they have been given supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance in a safe way. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance cannot be performed by children without supervision. If the supply cable gets damaged, have it replaced by a specialized service center. It is prohibited to use an appliance with the supply cable damaged. Do not leave the door in the open position to prevent the risk of tripping. Knives and other utensils with sharp points and edges must be placed in the basket with points facing downwards or stored horizontally. Sharp items should be placed so that they cannot damage the door gasket.
  • Page 4: Knives and other sharp items should always be placed with their handles pointing upwards to prevent injury. Do not use the dishwasher for plastic items not labeled as dishwasher safe, as this can worsen the drying process. Adhere to the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding plastic items. This appliance is intended for household use only, not for commercial or similar premises. Do not sit or stand on the door and dish baskets of the dishwasher. Avoid placing heavy items on the appliance or standing on the door when it is open to prevent tipping. Use only detergents and polishing agents designed for automatic dishwashers. Never use soap or detergents meant for manual dishwashing. Keep children away from detergents and polishing agents, as they can be dangerous. Ensure the dishwasher door is closed to prevent access to potentially harmful residues.
  • Page 5: The appliance, the power cord or the electric outlet must not lie in, touch or be submerged in water or any other liquid to avoid electrical hazards. If the power cord gets damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service technician or another person with similar qualification so that safety is not jeopardized. The appliance must not stand on the power cord. The appliance should be connected to the water supply using a new hose, not using a hose that has already been used. Dispose of packaging in a proper manner. The power cord must not be excessively or dangerously bent or compressed during installation. The controls are not to be played with. Make sure that the openings in the bottom part of the appliance are not blocked by the carpet. The dishwasher should be used only for the purpose it was intended for - for washing dishes. This dishwasher is for interior use only.

  • Page 7: Part 3: Installing the machine Positioning the machine Choose a place where you can easily load and unload your dishes. Do not put your machine in any location where the room temperature may fall below 0°C. Position the machine close to a water tap or drain. Leave a certain clearance from all sides of the machine for comfortable movement during cleaning. Ensure that the water inlet and outlet hoses are not squeezed while positioning the machine. Adjust the machine’s adjustable feet for a level and balanced stand. Proper positioning ensures problem-free opening and closing of the door. If the door does not close properly, check the machine's stability and adjust the feet as needed. Setting a temperature sets an average for the whole refrigerator cabinet, with variations possible in each compartment.
  • Page 8: Water inlet hose Do not use the water inlet hose of your old machine. Use the new water inlet hose supplied with your machine instead. If you are going to connect a new or long-unused water inlet hose, run water through it for a while before making the connection. Connect the water inlet hose directly to the water inlet tap. The pressure supplied by the tap should be at a minimum of 0.03 Mpa and a maximum of 1 Mpa. If the water pressure is above 1 Mpa, a pressure-relief valve should be fitted in between. After the connections are made, the tap should be turned on fully and checked for water tightness. For the safety of your machine, make sure to always turn off the water inlet tap after each wash programme is finished. Aquastop water spout is used in some models. Do not cut Aquastop water spout. Cold water is preferred; hot water maximum temperature is 60 °C.
  • Page 9: Water outlet hose The water drain hose can be connected either directly to the water drain hole or to the sink outlet spigot. Using a special bent pipe, the water can be drained directly into the sink. This connection should be at a minimum of 50 cm and at a maximum of 110 cm from the floor plane. When a drain hose longer than 4 m is used, the dishes might remain dirty.
  • Page 10: Electrical connection The earthed plug of your machine should be connected to an earthed outlet supplied by suitable voltage and current. If there is no earthing installation, have a competent electrician carry out an earthing installation. The plug on this appliance may incorporate 13A fuse depending on the target country. Your machine is set according to 220-240 V. If the mains voltage in your location is 110 V, connect a transformer of 110/220 V and 3000 W in between. The machine should not be plugged in during positioning. Running in low voltage will cause a decline in washing quality. The machine’s electrical cable should be replaced by an authorised service or an authorised electrician only. For safety purposes, always make sure to disconnect the plug when a wash programme is finished. When disconnecting your machine from the mains supply, always pull from the plug. Fitting the machine undercounter If you wish to fit your machine undercounter, check whether you have sufficient space under your countertop and whether the wiring-plumbing is suitable to do so.

  • Page 12: Before using the appliance, close the cover after filling. Prepare the dishwasher for first use by launching a short programme. Refill the salt container to make it full again. An indicator will light up when salt is running out, prompting a refill. Ensure the electricity and water supply specifications match the installation instructions. Remove all packaging material inside the machine to prevent corrosion. Set the water softener level and fill the rinse aid compartment. Add salt into the machine every 20-30 cycles until it fills up (approximately 1 kg). Use only special dishwasher salt to soften the water; other types can damage the machine. Fill the salt compartment with water and 1 kg of salt when using the appliance for the first time.
  • Page 13: Test strip instructions include running water through the tap for one minute and keeping the strip in the water for one second. After shaking the strip, wait for one minute before setting the hardness level of the machine. The default hardness level is set to 3. For well water or hardness levels above 90 dF, it is recommended to use filter and refinement devices. A water hardness table provides levels in German dH, French dF, and British dE. The dishwasher features a water softener that reduces hardness in the mains water supply. To determine the hardness level, contact the water company or use a test strip. To set the hardness level, turn on the machine, press the Up button immediately, and release it when all LEDs blink once. Adjust the hardness level using the Up or Down buttons and turn off the machine to save the setting.
  • Page 14: Detergent usage Please use powder detergents in short programmes. Only use detergents specifically designed for domestic dishwashers. Keep your detergents in cool, dry places out of reach of children. Add the proper detergent for the selected program to ensure the best performance. Do not fill detergent into the detergent compartment more than required. Using little detergent can result in poor cleaning. Rinse-aid usage The rinse aid helps to dry the dishes without streaks and stains. If rinse aid dosage setting is set too low, whitish stains remain on dishes. To fill the rinse aid compartment, open the rinse-aid compartment cap. Using combined detergents These products should be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Never put combined detergents into the interior section or the cutlery basket.

  • Page 16: Part 5: Loading your dishwasher For best results, follow these loading guidelines. Loading the household dishwasher up to the capacity indicated by the manufacturer will contribute to energy and water savings. Manual pre-rinsing of tableware items leads to increased water and energy consumption and is not recommended. To avoid any possible injuries, place long-handle and sharp-pointed knives with their sharp points facing down or horizontally on the baskets. You can place cups, glasses, stemware, small plates, bowls, etc. in the upper basket. Place all containers such as cups, glasses and pots into the dishwasher with the opening facing downwards otherwise water can collect on items. There are dish racks on the upper basket of your machine. If there is a cutlery basket in the machine, you are recommended to use the cutlery grid in order to obtain the best result. Dishes and cutlery should not be placed above each other. Remove any coarse residue on dishes before placing the dishes in the machine.

  • Page 19: Program names include Quick 30’, Eco, Super 50’, Intensive 65°C, and Hygiene 70°C. The eco program is suitable for normally soiled tableware and is the most efficient in terms of energy and water consumption. Washing tableware in a household dishwasher usually consumes less energy and water than hand dishwashing when used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The program duration may change based on the amount of dishes, water temperature, ambient temperature, and selected additional functions. Only use powder detergent for short programs, which do not include drying. To assist drying, it is recommended to slightly open the door after a cycle is complete. You can access the product database by reading the QR code on the energy label. According to regulations, eco program energy consumption values may differ. This table complies with regulations 2019/2022 and 2017/2022. The amount of detergent varies by program, with specific measurements for each level of soil.

  • Page 23: Cleaning your dishwasher is important to maintain the machine’s service life. To remove and clean the filter combination, turn it counter clockwise and remove it by lifting it upwards. Clean filters are necessary for proper running of the machine. Never use your dishwasher without a filter. Oil and limescale may build up in your dishwasher over time. Fill the detergent compartment but do not load any dishes. Wipe the door seals regularly with a damp cloth to remove any accumulated residue or foreign objects. Make sure that the spray holes are not clogged and that no food waste or foreign object is stuck to the spray arms. Clean the filters and spray arms at least once a week. To extend the life of your dishwasher, clean the appliance regularly each month.

If one of the program monitor lights is on and the start/Pause light is on and off, your machine’s door is open, shut the door. Check if the plug is connected and if your indoor fuses are working. Be sure that the water inlet tap is turned on and that you have closed the machine door. If the machine stops during a wash operation, it may be due to a power failure or water inlet failure.
  • Page 26: If there are partial food wastes left on the dishes, possible causes include dishes placed incorrectly, an overly loaded basket, dishes leaning against one another, a very small amount of detergent added, an unsuitable wash programme selected, a clogged spray arm, clogged filters, incorrectly fitted filters, or a clogged water drain pump. If there are whitish stains on the dishes, it may be due to a very small amount of detergent being used, a low rinse aid dosage setting, not using special salt despite high water hardness, a low water softener system setting, or a poorly closed salt compartment cap. If the dishes won’t dry up, possible reasons include selecting a programme without a dry operation, a low rinse aid dosage, or unloading dishes too fast. If there are rust stains on the dishes, it could be due to insufficient stainless-steel quality, a high rate of salt in the wash water, a poorly closed salt compartment cap, too much salt spilled during filling, or unhealthy mains grounding. Call an authorised service if the problem persists after checking the controls or in case of any malfunction not described above.
  • Page 27: Practical and useful information Unplug the machine and then turn the water off. Leave the door slightly ajar in order to prevent the formation of unpleasant smells. Keep the machine interior clean. Wash the dishes with the intensive programme. Take all of the metal containers in the machine out. Do not add detergent. Clean all rough waste before you place dirty dishes to the machine. Operate the machine after it is completely full. Use pre-washing program only when necessary. If the appliance is located in a place where the risk of freezing exists, you must completely drain the water that has remained in the machine.
