It must only be used as a domestic appliance for cleaning domestic crockery and cutlery. Any other usage is not supported by the manufacturer and could be dangerous. Do not use solvents in the dishwasher due to the danger of explosion. Do not inhale or ingest dishwasher detergent, as it contains irritant or corrosive ingredients. Avoid leaving the door open unnecessarily to prevent tripping. Do not sit or lean on the opened door to avoid tipping and injury. Only use detergent and rinse aid formulated for domestic dishwashers. Do not fill the rinse aid reservoir with powder or liquid detergent to prevent serious damage. Plastic items that cannot withstand hot water should not be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Children should be supervised whenever you are working in the kitchen. There is a danger that children playing might shut themselves in the dishwasher. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning safe use. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. Older children may only use the dishwasher when its operation has been clearly explained to them. Keep children away from detergents, which can cause burning if swallowed or inhibit breathing. Keep children away from the dishwasher when the door is open due to potential detergent residues. Consult a doctor immediately if your child has swallowed or inhaled detergent.
• Page 7: Instructions for installing your dishwasher To prevent a risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury, all wiring and grounding must be done by a qualified technician. Power supply An individual 220-240 V~, 50 Hz branch circuit that is dedicated to the dishwasher. Power outlet with a maximum allowable current of 16 A (maximum 11 A for the dishwasher). Do not use an extension cord. Use only the power plug that comes with the dishwasher. Grounding For permanent grounding, the dishwasher must be properly grounded to a grounded metal or permanent wiring system. Improperly connected grounding conductors may cause electric shock. Do not modify the power plug of the dishwasher.
• Page 8: Safety instructions The water supply line must support water pressures between 0.04 and 1 MPa. Water temperatures must be lower than 60 °C. A stopcock with a 3/4” male thread must be installed on the water tap. Make sure water taps are easily accessible. Turn the water tap off when the dishwasher is not in use. Check for any leaks at the water hose fittings on a regular basis. The Aqua Stop is designed to prevent water leaks. Handle the Aqua Stop with care. Make sure the dishwasher is level using the height adjustable feet. This marking indicates that the product should not be disposed of with other household waste.

• Page 12: Parts and features Control panel Press this button to turn on your dishwasher: the screen lights up. To select washing program press this button. For small amount of loading items, press the Half load button to save energy. This option allows you to lock the buttons on the control panel so children cannot accidentally start the dishwasher. To lock and unlock the buttons on the control panel, hold down the Control lock button for three (3) seconds. To start a cycle, press the START button before closing the door. To cancel a currently running cycle and drain the dishwasher, press and hold the START button for three (3) seconds. Press this button to set the delayed hours for washing. You can delay the start of washing up to 24 hours. Push the Hygiene button for the best possible hygiene in your dishwasher.
• Page 13: When the door is open only the power button will operate. You can select options (Multi tab, Delay start and/or Half load) before starting a cycle. To get the best performance from your dishwasher, read all the operating instructions before using it for the first time. Press the power button to turn on your dishwasher; the screen lights up. For small amounts of loading items, press the Half load button to save energy. Push the Hygiene button for the best possible hygiene in your dishwasher. Select the Multi tab option which allows the replacement of salt and rinse aid with Multi detergent tablets. Touch the center of each keypad using one finger. Do not push. Clean the touch control’s surface regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Be careful not to touch more than one touch key pad at a time, except as directed. Press the Program button to select each program. Select this cycle for heavily soiled items. This cycle detects the level of soil and automatically initiates the optimal cycle. This cycle reduces power and water consumption, which is appropriate for normally soiled items. Select this cycle for lightly soiled, fragile items such as glasses.
• Page 15: Display the remaining time, information code, or delay time. If Rinse or Salt Refill indicator is lit, it means rinse or salt is needed to refill. To refill the rinse reservoir, refer to the “Filling the rinse aid reservoir” section on page 19. If the “Salt Refill” indicator is lit, it means the dishwasher is low on dishwasher salt and needs to be refilled. To refill the salt reservoir, refer to the “Loading the salt into the softener” section on page 17. Press the Program button to select each program. Select this cycle for heavily soiled items. Select this cycle for lightly soiled, fragile items such as glasses. If the “Delay start” indicator is lit, it means you selected the “Delay start” option. The values for the ECO program have been obtained following the test standard EN 60436:2020.
• Page 16: Using softener The water softener is designed to remove minerals from the water, which would have a detrimental effect on the operation of the appliance. We recommend using soft water for better results. Hard water contains impurities that can reduce the washing performance. You will need to soften the water if the supplied water is harder than 1.0 mmol/l (6 °d - German scale). To soften the water, you need dishwasher-specific salt and configuration of the water hardness level according to your area. If the hardness level of the supplied water supply is unsteady, set the dishwasher to the highest measurement. The dishwasher's default water hardness level is 3 (2.1-3.0 mmol/l). It is recommended that adjustments should be made in accordance with the following table. Contact your local water board for information on the hardness of your water supply. How water softener regeneration works (ECO cycle with H3 level setting).
• Page 17: How to set the softener level The dishwasher allows for adjusting the amount of salt consumed based on the hardness of the water used. Press the A button for five seconds to select the water hardness level setting menu. You can select from H1-H6 (soft-hard). Always use salt intended for use with dishwashers. Only use salt specifically designed for use in dishwashers to avoid damage to the water softener. Only fill with salt just before starting one of the complete washing programs. Remove the lower basket and then unscrew and remove the cap from the salt container. If filling the container for the first time, fill 2/3 of its volume with water. Introduce about 1.5 kg of salt into the container. The salt warning light will usually be off after the salt container is filled with salt.
• Page 18: Using the detergent and water softener The salt container must be refilled when the salt warning light on the control panel comes on. Although the salt container is filled enough, the indicator light may not switch off until the salt fully dissolves. If there is no salt warning light on the control panel, you can judge when to load the salt into the softener by the cycles that the dishwasher has run. All dishwasher cycles require detergent in the detergent compartment. Use dishwasher detergent only. Other types of detergent produce excessive foam, which may decrease the dishwasher's performance or cause it to malfunction. For normally soiled items, we recommend 20-25 grams of detergent; however, this may differ depending on the detergent manufacturer. Do not place dishwasher detergent in your mouth. Keep dishwasher detergent out of children's reach. Open the detergent dispenser flap by pushing the detergent dispenser release catch. Add the recommended amount of detergent to the main wash detergent compartment.
• Page 19: If the items are heavily soiled, pour a small amount of detergent onto the door for better cleaning results. The additional detergent will activate during the pre-wash process. The cover opens automatically to dispense the detergent during the wash. When the rinse refill indicator lights up on the control panel, refill with rinse aid. Only use liquid rinse aid. Rinse aid improves the drying performance of the dishwasher. Do not apply any type of detergent to the rinse aid reservoir. Do not excessively fill the reservoir. Adding rinse aid to tablet detergents will improve drying performance. Close the cap after filling the rinse aid reservoir.
• Page 20: Using the detergent and water softener Adjusting the amount of rinse aid You can change the amount of rinse aid applied during a cycle. The buttons used to enter the setting mode may vary depending on the model. Press and hold the A button for five seconds. Press the Delay start button to enter the Rinse aid setting mode. The display shows the current setting. You can select from d1-d5 (minimum-maximum). Wait 5 seconds to save the setting. Your dishwasher has a Multi tab option which allows the replacement of salt and rinse aid with a Multi detergent tablet. Keep all detergents in a safe place out of children’s reach.
• Page 21: Loading the dishwasher racks is essential for optimal performance. Scrape off any large amounts of leftover food; rinsing is not necessary. Items like cups, glasses, and pots should be placed upside down. Curved items should be positioned at a slant to allow water runoff. Ensure items are stacked securely and do not tip over. Avoid blocking the spray arms to ensure effective washing. Very small items should not be washed in the dishwasher. Empty the lower basket first to prevent water dripping from the upper basket. The upper basket is for delicate and lighter dishware. Always place glasses, cups, and bowls upside down in the upper basket.
• Page 22: Loading the dishwasher racks Adjusting the upper basket The height of the upper basket can be adjusted to create more space for large utensils. To lower the upper rack, press the levers located at the left and right sides of the upper basket and push the upper basket downwards slightly at the same time. To raise the upper rack, just pull the upper basket upwards without operating any levers. We recommend adjusting the height of the upper basket before loading dishes into the basket. If you adjust the basket after loading the dishes, you may damage the dishes. You can adjust the height of the upper rack in your Samsung dishwasher so that the lower rack can accommodate larger sized dishes. With the upper rack set at the highest position, the lower rack can accommodate plates up to 12 in. (30 cm) in diameter and the upper rack can accommodate plates up to 8 in. (20 cm) in diameter. To lower the upper rack by 2 in. (5 cm), remove the upper rack. Then, reinsert the rack so that the upper four wheels on each side of the rack are above and below the guide rail. To raise the upper rack, remove the upper rack. Then, reinsert the rack so that the lower three wheels on each side of the rack are above and below the guide rail. We recommend adjusting the height of the upper rack before loading dishes into the rack. If you adjust the rack after loading the dishes, you may damage the dishes.
• Page 23: Loading the lower basket Place large items that are difficult to clean in the lower rack, such as pots, pans, lids, serving dishes, and bowls. It is preferable to place serving dishes and lids on the side of the racks to avoid blocking the rotation of the top spray arm. Pots and serving bowls must always be placed top down. Deep pots should be slanted to allow water to flow out. The bottom rack features fold down tine rows for loading larger pots and pans. Long items, serving cutlery, salad servers, and big knives should be placed on the shelf to avoid obstructing the spray arms. Folding spikes of the lower basket can be folded down and/or removed for better stacking of pots and pans.
• Page 24: Loading the dishwasher racks Silverware should be placed in the cutlery tray with handles at the bottom. The spoon should be loaded individually into the appropriate slots, especially long utensils should be placed in the horizontal position at the front of the upper basket. Do not let any item extend through the bottom. Always load sharp utensils with the sharp point down.

• Page 26: Loading the dishwasher racks Not suitable items include plastic that is not heat resistant, older cutlery with glued parts, silver and aluminum parts, bonded cutlery, pewter or copper items, lead crystal glass, steel items subject to rusting, wooden platters, and items made from synthetic fibers. Dishes and cutlery must not impede the rotation of the spray arms. Load hollow items with the opening downwards to prevent water collection. Dishes and items of cutlery must not lie inside one another or cover each other. To avoid damage to glasses, they must not touch. Load large items into the lower rack and delicate items into the upper rack. Long bladed knives stored upright are a potential hazard. Use glassware or porcelain dishes marked dishwasher-proof by the manufacturer. Select a program with a low temperature to prevent damage. Take glass and cutlery out of the dishwasher as soon as possible after the program ends.
• Page 27: Washing programmes Turning on the appliance Starting a cycle wash Draw out the lower and upper basket, load the dishes and push them back. It is recommended to load the lower basket first, then the upper one. Pour in the detergent. Insert the plug into the socket. Make sure that the water supply is turned on to proper pressure. Close the door, press the POWER button to switch on the machine. A cycle that is underway can only be modified if it has only been running for a short time. Press POWER button or START button for 3 seconds to cancel the programme. A forgotten dish can be added at any time before the detergent dispenser opens. It is dangerous to open the door when washing, because the hot water may scald you.
• Page 28: Washing programmes When the working cycle has finished, the buzzer of the dishwasher will beep shortly, then stop. In the digital display appears “0”, only in this case the programme has ended. Switch off the dishwasher by pressing the power button. Turn off the water tap. Open the door carefully. Hot steam may escape when the door is opened. Hot dishes are sensitive to knocks. The dishes should be allowed to cool down around 15 minutes before removing from the appliance. Open the dishwasher’s door, leave it and wait a few minutes before removing the dishes. It is normal that the dishwasher is wet inside. Empty the lower basket first and then the upper one. This will avoid water dripping from the upper basket onto the dishes in the lower one.
• Page 29: Wash cycle table for DW60M5062/DW60M5052/DW60M5050/DW60M5042/DW60M5044 includes various programs and their descriptions. Programs include Pre Wash, Intensive, ECO, Delicate, Express, Auto, and Normal. Each program has specific details such as running time, energy consumption, and water usage. The power consumption and cycle time depend on water temperature and load. Continuous use of the Pre Wash cycle for an extended time is not recommended as it may reduce the performance of the water softener. Ecodesign information can be found on the Samsung support website.
• Page 30: Cleaning and care Keep the dishwasher clean to improve performance, reduce unnecessary repairs, and lengthen the lifecycle. Clean spills on the surface of the dishwasher immediately. Use a soft, damp cloth on the control panel to gently wipe away spills and dust. Do not use benzene, wax, thinner, chlorine bleach, alcohol, or other chemical substances. These materials may discolor the surface of the dishwasher and cause stains. The dishwasher has electric parts inside. Do not spray water directly onto the dishwasher. Protect electrical components from water. Clean the interior of the dishwasher on a regular basis to remove any dirt or food particles. Wipe inside the dishwasher and inside the door with a wet dishcloth. Do not remove the front seal (the long rubber seal enclosing the opening of the dishwasher). The seal keeps the inner side of the dishwasher sealed. Use a damp cloth to remove lime scale or grease deposits inside the dishwasher. Alternatively, apply some detergent, and then run an empty cycle using the highest rinse temperature. To prevent the nozzles from being clogged or if the nozzles are clogged, remove and clean each nozzle. Use caution when removing the nozzles as they may break.
• Page 31: Internal cleaning is recommended every month. To prevent limescale inside the dishwasher, add citric acid to the detergent if your tap water is hard. Cleaning the filter is also recommended every month. Steps to clean the filter include removing the lower rack, unlocking the coarse filter, and removing both the coarse and micro filters. Dirt and impurities should be removed from the filters, followed by rinsing with running water and drying. Reinsert the filters and ensure the coarse filter is locked properly. A loose cover on the coarse filter can reduce filtering performance. Actual parts may differ from the figures shown, depending on the model.
• Page 32: Cleaning and care How to maintain your dishwasher After every wash, turn off the water supply to the appliance and leave the door slightly ajar to prevent moisture and odors from being trapped inside. Before cleaning or performing maintenance, always remove the plug from the socket. To clean the exterior and rubber parts of the dishwasher, do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning products. Use only a cloth and warm soapy water. To remove spots or stains from the surface of the interior, use a cloth dampened with water and a little white vinegar, or a cleaning product made specifically for dishwashers. When you go on holiday, it is recommended to run a wash cycle with the dishwasher empty, then remove the plug from the socket, turn off the water supply, and leave the door slightly ajar. If the appliance must be moved, try to keep it in the vertical position. If absolutely necessary, it can be positioned on its back. One of the factors that cause odors to form in the dishwasher is food that remains trapped in the seals. Periodic cleaning with a damp sponge will prevent this from occurring.
• Page 33: Energy, water saving tip ECO programme is suitable to clean normally soiled tableware and is the most efficient programme in terms of energy and water consumption. Manual pre-rinsing of tableware items leads to increased water and energy consumption and is not recommended. Water supplied can be up to 60 °C, and less power is consumed when hot water is connected. Load the tableware properly to prevent damages and poor performance. Overloading and overlapping tableware may reduce cleaning and drying performance. Load the tableware with concave bottom at an angle so that water can run off. To prevent injury from sharp utensils, load them with points down or in a horizontal position. Use an appropriate amount of detergent and rinse according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Dishwasher use saves water compared to ordinary washing by hand.
• Page 34: Setting up your dishwasher WARNING: Electrical shock hazard Disconnect electrical power before installing dishwasher. The installation of the pipes and electrical equipment should be done by professionals. CAUTION, for personal safety: Do not use an extension cord or an adapter plug with this appliance. This appliance must be grounded. Improper connection of the equipment grounding conductor can result in the risk of an electric shock. Connect the cold water supply hose to a threaded 3/4 (inch) connector. Let the water run to make sure that the water is clear. Ensure that the water supply hose’s aqua-safe pipe is connected to the faucet.
• Page 35: Hot water connection The water supply to the appliance can also be connected to the house hot water line, as long as it does not exceed a temperature of 60 °C. Positioning the appliance Position the appliance in the desired location with the back against the wall and sides along adjacent cabinets or wall. How to drain excess water from hoses If the sink is 1000 mm higher from the floor, excess water in hoses cannot be drained directly into the sink. Water outlet Connect the water drain hose and ensure that the water inlet hose is not kinked or squashed. Extension hose If you need a drain hose extension, it must be no longer than 4 metres; otherwise, the cleaning effect of the dishwasher could be reduced. Syphon connection The waste connection must be at a height of between 30 cm (minimum) and 80 cm (maximum) from the bottom of the dishwasher. Aqua-safe The Aqua-safe System is a safety valve system, preventing water leaks. If the water inlet hose starts to leak, the safety valve cuts off the running water. Do not enlarge or shorten the inlet hose.
• Page 36: Setting up your dishwasher Connection of drain hoses Insert the drain hose into a drain pipe with a minimum diameter of 4 cm, or let it run into the sink, making sure to avoid bending or crimping it. The top of the hose must be at a height between 30 and 80 cm. The free end of the hose must not be immersed in water to avoid the back flow of it. Position the appliance Position the appliance in the desired location. The back should rest against the wall behind it, and the sides, along the adjacent cabinets or walls. Levelling the appliance Once the appliance is positioned for levelling, the height of the dishwasher may be altered via adjustment of the screwing level of the feet. In any case, the appliance should not be inclined more than 2°. Start of dishwasher The following should be checked before starting the dishwasher: the dishwasher is level and fixed, the inlet valve is opened, there is no leakage at the connections of the conducts, the wires are tightly connected, the power is switched on, the inlet and drain hoses are not knotted, all packaging materials and printings have been taken out of the dishwasher. Attention: After installation please put this manual in a safe place. The contents of this manual can be useful to users.
• Page 37: Installing your dishwasher Be sure that you or your installer follow these instructions closely so that your new dishwasher works properly and that you’re not at risk of injury when washing dishes. If the dishwasher is a new installation, most of the installation work must be done before the dishwasher is moved into place. If the dishwasher is replacing an old dishwasher, you must check the existing dishwasher connections for compatibility with the new dishwasher. The installation position of the dishwasher should be near the existing inlet and drain hoses and power cord. Choose a place near the sink to facilitate the installation of inlet and drain hoses. If the dishwasher is installed at the corner of the cabinet, there should be some space when the door is opened. Depending on where your electrical outlet is, you may need to cut a hole in the opposite cabinet side.
• Page 38: Installing your dishwasher Checking water supply and electrical requirements The water supply line pressure must be between 0.04-1.0 MPa. Supply cold water only. Make sure that the water temperature does not exceed 60 ˚C. Do not supply hot water. Otherwise, the product may malfunction. Use a rated power of 220-240 V~, 50 Hz. Install the product while the power cord is unplugged. Use a power outlet with a maximum allowable current of 16 A. Ensure that your power supply has a 220-240 V~, 50 Hz fuse or circuit breaker. Seal the water supply line connections using teflon tape or sealing compound to stop any water leakage. The custom panel should be processed in accordance with the illustrated dimensions.

After positioning of the panel, fix the panel onto the outer door by screws and bolts. Caution: Use a custom panel between 3~7 kg. Semi built in Magical paster A and magical paster B be disjoined on, magical paster A on the custom wooden panel and felted magical paster B of the outer door of dishwasher. After positioning of the panel, fix the panel onto the outer door by screws and bolts. Caution: Use a custom panel between 3~6 kg.

If custom wooden panels are installed, you will have to adjust the door spring tension. Rotate the adjusting screw to drive the adjustor to strain or relax the steel cable. Use less detergent if you have soft water. Yellow or brown film on inside surfaces - Tea or coffee stains. Use a solution of bleach and warm water to remove the stains by hand. White film on inside surface - Hard water minerals. Clean the interior with a specialist dishwasher cleaner or damp sponge with dishwasher detergent. Detergent cup lid won’t latch - Dial is not in the OFF position. Turn the dial to OFF position and slide the door latch to the left. Detergent left in dispenser - Dishes block detergent dispenser. Re-load the dishes properly.

To unlock this function, hold down the Control lock button for three (3) seconds. The result of washing performance may be caused by a power supply issue. Try another program before contacting for service.

Boşaltma pompası, bulaşık makinesi çalışırken oluşan kirli suyu boşaltan pompa. Isıtıcı, bulaşık makinesinin içindeki su geçişlerinde yer alır ve yıkama verimliliğini artırmak için akan suyu ısıtır. Akış ölçer, giriş vanasının yanında bulunan hall devresinin vuruşlarını sayarak tedarik edilen suyun miktarını ölçer. Distribütör, bulaşık makinesinin içindeki haznenin çıkış ucunda yer alır ve suyun akışını açar ve kapar. Dağıtıcı, bulaşık makinesinin kullanabilmesi için deterjan ve parlatıcının depolandığı yerdir.
