The product model and serial number is printed on the Rating Label affixed to the appliance.
The Retailer (Purchased from) and Date of purchase will be printed on your purchase receipt or other
proof of purchase paperwork

requesting service under guarantee.

levied where no fault is found, even though your product may still be under guarantee.
After arranging a service visit please ensure the area around the product must be easily accessible to the Service
Representative, without the need for cabinets or furniture to be removed or moved.
It is your responsibility to ensure our Service Representatives have a clean and safe
environment to carry out any repairs.
