Detergent
Dishwasher detergent will remove food residue. It is necessary to use detergent
every time you use the dishwasher. The amount of detergent you use will depend
on the amount of dishes and the type of soiling. For a full load and heavy soiling
use 3 oz (22.5 g).
1. Press the button on the detergent compartment (Fig. 13).
2. The cover will spring open (Fig. 14).
3. Add the required amount of detergent (Fig. 15).
4. Close the cover (Fig. 16).
Rinse aid
The rinse aid helps to dry and shine the dishes. It is necessary when you use the
dishwasher for the first time.
1. Pour rinse aid into compartment (Fig. 17).
2. Wipe up any spills with a cloth.
3. As soon as the indicator light is on, the rinse aid should be full.
4. Adjust setting based on use. The default setting is 3 (Fig. 18). The higher the
number the more rinse aid will be used. If cookware is greasy after running a
load, lower the setting and wash again.
