ARBITRATION NOTICE: THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONTAINS AN ARBITRATION PROVISION THAT  

REQUIRES YOU AND LG ELECTRONICS (“LG”) TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BY BINDING ARBITRATION  

INSTEAD OF IN COURT, UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO OPT OUT. IN ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTIONS AND  

JURY TRIALS ARE NOT PERMITTED. PLEASE SEE THE SECTION TITLED “PROCEDURE FOR RESOLVING  

DISPUTES” BELOW.  

Should your LG Dishwasher (“Product”) fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal and  

proper use, during the warranty period set forth below, LG will, at its option, repair or replace the Product.  

This limited warranty is valid only to the original retail purchaser of the Product (“You”) and applies only  

when purchased lawfully and used within the United States including U.S. Territories.

warranty service under this limited warranty.  

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF  

MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THE PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN  

DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE ABOVE LIMITED WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES  

SHALL LG OR ITS U.S. DISTRIBUTORS/DEALERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,  

CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST  

GOODWILL, LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, WORK STOPPAGE, IMPAIRMENT OF OTHER GOODS, COST OF  

REMOVAL AND REINSTALLATION OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF USE, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER  

BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. LG’S TOTAL LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE  

PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.  

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL  

DAMAGES OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE

To opt out, you must send notice to LG no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the first consumer purchaser’s purchase of the product. You must include in the opt out e-mail or provide by telephone your name and address, the date on which the product was purchased, the product model name or model number, and the serial number. You may only opt out of the dispute resolution procedure by e-mail or telephone; no other form of notice will be effective. Opting out of this dispute resolution procedure will not affect the coverage of the limited warranty. If you keep this product and do not opt out, then you accept all terms and conditions of the arbitration provision.

Should your LG Dishwasher fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, LG Electronics Canada, Inc. will repair, replace or pro rate the product upon receipt of proof of the original retail purchase. This limited warranty is valid only to the original retail purchaser of the product and applies only to a product distributed, purchased from an authorized retailer and used within Canada. Warranty period: One year from the date of original retail purchase for the dishwasher. Replacement products and parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or ninety days, whichever is greater. Proof of original retail purchase specifying the product model and date of purchase is required to obtain warranty service. LGECI’s sole liability is limited to the limited warranty set out above. LGECI does not authorize any person to create or assume for it any other warranty obligation or liability in connection with the product. Under no circumstances shall LGECI be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, direct, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from province to province.

Damage or failure caused by unauthorized modification or alteration of the product is excluded. Damage or failure caused by incorrect electrical current or plumbing codes is not covered. Coverage for in home repairs is provided if the product is within a 150 km radius from the nearest authorized service center. All costs associated with the excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.

If your claim is for $25,000 or less, you may choose to have the arbitration conducted solely on the basis of documents submitted to the arbitrator, through a telephonic hearing, or by an in-person hearing. If any portion of this limited warranty is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. You may opt out of this dispute resolution procedure. To opt out, you must send notice to LG no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the first consumer purchaser’s purchase of the product. The law of the province or territory of your residence shall govern this limited warranty and any disputes between you and LG. Opting out of this dispute resolution procedure will not affect the coverage of the limited warranty in any way. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this limited warranty and the End User License Agreement regarding dispute resolution, the terms of this limited warranty shall control. Poor wash results can be caused by debris remaining in the filter.

No power due to loose connection of power supply line or electrical outlet problem.
