Software version
This dishwasher is equipped with wash
cabinet interior lighting.
When the door is open, the lighting
switches off automatically after 15
minutes.
You can call up the electronic software
version of your dishwasher for technical
support purposes.
Legal information
You can view legal information about
the open source licences for your
dishwasher.
You can also switch off the wash
cabinet interior lighting permanently.
Heat accumulator

This dishwasher is equipped with a heat
accumulator (see “Caring for the
environment – Heat accumulator”).
Miele uses their own and third party
software which is not subject to any so-
called Open Source Licence for the
operation and control of the appliance.
This software/these software
components are protected by
copyright. The copyright powers of
Miele and third parties have to be
respected.
Select State
The heat accumulator function can be
switched off if you do not wish to use it.
This will increase energy consumption.
Select the State menu option.
Select the setting you want and
confirm with OK.
Furthermore, this appliance contains
software components which are
distributed under Open Source licence
conditions. Please refer to menu item
Settings | Legal information | Open source
licences in the appliance for the Open
Source components contained therein,
together with the corresponding
Empty manually
You can manually empty the heat
accumulator, e.g. for a longer period of
absence, or before moving the
appliance to a new location.

terms and conditions as stated therein
apply only in relation to the respective
rights holders.
In doing so, please ensure that the
dishwasher is properly connected.
Select the Empty manually menu
option.
The process starts straight away.
