Black, gray stains
Before contacting authorized specialist
Dishes were in contact with aluminum parts. Use a
mild scouring agent to remove these stains.
Stains on inner pan
Malfunction / cause / action
Appliance does not start
- Check the power supply.
Only use cleaning agents without dyes.
White film inside the appliance
Minerals in hard water: Use a damp sponge with
dishwasher detergent. Wear rubber gloves when
doing so.
- Is the appliance switched on?
- Is a program selected?
- Is the water supply connected correctly, is the
water supply open?
Water is not drained off
Unsatisfactory drying result
- Check the drain hose.
- Incorrect loading.
- Are the filters or the kitchen drain blocked?
Noises
- Dishes are removed too early.
- Incorrect program selection.
- Use of cutlery with poor coating.
- Make sure all dishes are secured in the dish-
washer.
Error codes
- Place items so that the spray arms can rotate
freely.
In case of some malfunctions, the appliance displays
the following error codes to warn you:
Foaming
Error Meaning / possible cause
Use only special dishwasher detergent to prevent
foaming. Should this occur, open the dishwasher
door and allow the foam to escape. If necessary,
add some cold water to the tub. Start a rinse cycle
to drain the water.
Water inlet fault! Faucet not open, inlet

blocked or water pressure too low.
Malfunction of the heating element! Rins-

ing temperature is not reached.

Overflow / water leakage!
Communication error between main and
display board.
Plates, other flatware is not clean
- Select a stronger program.
- Make sure that the function of the spray arms is
not blocked by large dishes.
CAUTION:
Stains and film formation
• In case of water leakage, close the main valve
before contacting an authorized technician.
• If there is water in the lower part of the housing
due to overfilling or a small leak, remove this wa-
ter before restarting the appliance.
- Extremely hard water.
- Low inlet temperature.
- Overloading, incorrect loading.
- Old or damp detergent.
- Incorrect detergent dosage.
Staining of glassware
NOTE:
If a problem persists after following the steps above,
contact your distributor or an authorized technician.
Use less detergent with soft water and select the
shortest rinse cycle to clean and rinse glassware.
