Error codes
When some faults occur, the appliance will display error codes to warn you:

If the flow meter doesn't detect water after
4 minutes during the water intake stage, the
dishwasher will warn for E1.
This code will show after 4 minutes of buzzing,
and if there is an alarm but no error code is
displayed, check if the faucet has been turned
on.

• check the pressure switch
• check the drain
• check the PCB
The temperature is detected to be greater
than 90 ℃ and lasts for 10 seconds during the
washing process. The dishwasher warns for
E3.
• check the heater
• check the thermistor

• check the use of the detergent
• check whether the appliance is level
• check the microswitch
If water leaks into the bottom and causes the
detective switch to move, the dishwasher will
warn for E4.

If the dashboard detects abnormal
communication data for more than 20
seconds, the dishwasher will warn for Ed.
Once problem and error code occures on the appliance, deactivate and activate the appliance. If the problem
occurs again, contact an Authorised Service Centre.
