Operation, Setting and Use  
ꢂNotesꢁonꢁECOꢁprogrammeꢁandꢁtableꢁdata  
The ECO programme is best suited to cleaning normally soiled dishes  
and is the most efficient for this purpose in terms of combined  
energy and water consumption.  
It is also used for the test cycle to check compliance with  
EU Eco design regulations.  
The figures for the other programmes are for guidance only.  
ꢂFurtherꢁnotesꢁonꢁsavingꢁenergy  
Your appliance meets the latest standards and its energy con-  
sumption has already been optimised to a large extent.  
To minimise the energy and water consumption of the appliance,  
follow the corresponding recommendations at the beginning  
of this manual.  
To save energy in stand-by mode, the appliance switches off  
automatically after 15 minutes of inactivity.  
3.2 Washing procedure  
Programme selection and start of operation  
• Draw out the lower and upper basket, load the dishes  
as described before and push them in again completely.  
It is recommended to load the lower basket first.  
• Fill the detergent dispenser according to your current needs.  
• Make sure that the plug is inserted into the socket and  
the water supply is turned on to full pressure.  
• Close the door, press the on/off button  
to switch on the appliance.  
• Select the desired washing programme by pressing the  
programme selection button  
repeatedly  
until the corresponding programme symbol lights up.  
• If desired, select one or more additional functions  
as described in the following sections.  
• Press the start/pause button  
to start operation.
