Operation, Setting and Use

Buttonꢁlockꢁ/ꢁChildꢁlock

To prevent unintentional operation, e.g. by children,

use this function to lock all operating buttons

except the on/off button

as follows:

• Press the button for selecting the washing area

and the start time delay button

until the corresponding symbol

simultaneously

is displayed

to indicate that the button lock has been activated.

All operating buttons except the on/off button

are now inoperative.

• To unlock the control panel again, press the button for selecting the

wash area and the start time delay button simultaneously

again until the symbol disappears from the display.

You can now use the control panel again as usual.

Automatic additional function

The following additional function is preset for your appliance

and is activated automatically.

Setting or deactivating it is not necessary or possible:

Auto door opening

After the wash cycle is complete and an additional

programme-dependent time interval (see following table),

the appliance door automatically opens

(except for

; opening angle usually 45-90°).

This allows vapours and any odours to escape

and increases the drying effect.

ꢀ CAUTION!

Risk of injury and damage!

To avoid injury or damage (including to the door closing device),

make sure that the door is not blocked

during automatic opening, that it cannot hit people or objects

and that it does not present an obstacle or accident risk during

or after opening!
