Before Operation

Loading the lower crockery basket

Large items of crockery and utensils that are difficult to clean

should be placed in the lower basket, e.g. pots, pans, lids,

serving bowls and dishes.

• Place serving dishes and lids on the sides in order to avoid

blocking the rotation of the top spray arm.

• For crockery placed at the front of the basket, in line with

the detergent dispenser, observe the recommended

maximum diameter of 19 cm so as not to obstruct the auto-

matic opening of the detergent dispenser during operation.

Folding back the rack shelves in the lower basket

• The spikes of the lower basket are used

to hold plates and platters (1.1).

• To create more space for large pieces,

fold them over so that they lie flat (1.2).
