Spare parts can also be ordered from the authorized service centre.

In accordance with the relevant ecodesign regulation you will receive spare parts from

the authorized service centre for at least 7 or 10 years (depending on the spare part

type) since the last piece of the appliance’s model was placed on the market in the

European Economic Area.

Please have the identiﬁcation mark of your model and the serial number ready before

contacting the authorized service centre. The identiﬁcation mark of your model and

the product‘s serial number can be found at the production label of the appliance.

We recommend that you write the data from the production label into this manual

before you place the appliance to the place of operation; this way it will be easier for

you to ﬁnd the data later. Improper repairs are dangerous. There is a risk of electric

shock or other serious injury and damage to the appliance. Any damage caused by

unprofessional intervention is not covered by the warranty. Appliance repairs may only

be carried out by qualiﬁed personnel who have been trained to do so.

Only original spare parts may be used to repair the appliance.
