In addition to the conventional tablet
detergents, there are also commercially
available detergent tablets that show water
softening salt and/or rinse aid effect. Some
types of these detergents contain special-
purpose components such as glass and
stainless steel protectors. These tablets
show their effects up to a certain water
hardness level (21°dH). Water softening
salt and rinse aid must also be used
