OPERATION  
“Error 800115. Check manual.” appears on the display.  
Dishwasher does not operate.  
Verify the drain line and air gap (if applicable) are clear  
and free of debris.  
Verify power is on.  
Verify the waste disposal is not clogged and the knock  
out (if applicable) was removed.  
Verify electrical power to dishwasher and home circuit  
breaker is on.  
Verify the drain line is not kinked and does not exceed  
4' (1.2 m) above the dishwasher floor.  
Verify the child lock, Sabbath mode, and showroom  
mode are not turned on.  
Remove the lower spray arm and filter and check for  
blockage. Refer to Cleaning on page 18.  
Dishes are not clean after the wash cycle.  
Verify the dishwasher is connected to a hot water  
supply.  
“Error 560186. Check manual.” or “Error 560187. Check  
manual.” appears on the display.  
Verify spray arms turn freely by turning by hand, then  
verify the holes are clean and free of debris.  
Verify water supply is in the open position.  
Verify water supply line is not kinked.  
Verify dishes are not placed too close together and  
cups and bowls are face-down and are not nested.  
“Error 980199. Power interruption. Check detergent.  
Press Cancel and restart cycle.” appears on the display.  
Run a Heavy cycle.  
Contact Cove Customer Care at 800-222-7820 for  
recommendations.  
Add detergent, if necessary. Press Cancel and restart  
cycle.  
If error reappears, contact service.  
Dishes are not dry after the wash cycle.  
Verify there is rinse aid in the dispenser (even if the  
detergent includes rinse aid).  
“Error 700181. Call Service.” appears on the display.  
Clean filter. Refer to Cleaning on page 18.  
Run Rinse/Hold cycle.  
Select a wash cycle other than Quick or Light, which  
have limited dry time.  
If error reappears, contact service.  
Turn on Extra Dry and/or Extended Dry. Refer to Cycle  
Options on page 8.  
“Descale Unit. Check manual.” appears on the display.  
Increase the rinse aid dosing. Refer to User Setup on  
page 11.  
The dishwasher must be descaled. Refer to Descale on  
page 19.  
Excess moisture on the tub at the end of the wash cycle.  
Verify there is rinse aid in the dispenser (even if the  
detergent includes rinse aid).  
Streaks or spots appear on dishes and glassware.  
Increase the rinse aid dosing. Refer to User Setup on  
page 11.
