If the program won’t start
If there are whitish stains on the dishes

Check if the plug is connected.

A very small amount of detergent is being used.
Rinse aid dosage setting at a very low level.
Check your indoor fuses.
Be sure that the water inlet tap is turned on.
Be sure that you have closed the machine door.
A detergent without phosphate used; try one that
contains phosphate.
If the dishes are not dry
Be sure that you switched off the machine by
pressing the Power On / Off button.

A program without a dry operation selected.
Rinse aid dosage set too low

Be sure that the water inlet filter and the machine
filters are not clogged.
Dishes unloaded too soon
If detergent residues are left in the detergent
compartment
If there are rust stains on the dishes

Stainless-steel quality of the dishes washed is not
dishwasher grade.

Detergent has been added when the detergent
compartment was wet.
•

High level of salt in the wash water.
Poor mains grounding.
If water is left inside the machine at the end of the
program

The water drain hose is clogged or twisted.
The filters are clogged.
If the ‘Turn on the Tap’ warning shows during
operation

• Contact the customers services centre.
Overfill
• Water discharge hose is clogged.
• Water drainage hose kinked, check installation.
• The filters of your machine might be clogged.

Not draining
• Power off–on your machine and activate the
program cancellation command.
• If the error continues, contact the Customer
Care Centre.
• Close the tap.

Inlet valve faulty
• Contact the Customer Care Centre.
• Make sure the water tap is fully open and that
there is mains water available.
• Water inlet hose kinked, check installation.
Inadequate water supply
• Close the water tap, disconnect the hose from
the tap and clean the filter at the connection.
• Restart your machine, contact the service if the
error resumes.
