TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

Problem
Possible Causes
No lights come on when the
power is turned on.
• Plug is not properly inserted into the socket.
• Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped.
• The electricity of the house was cut off.
The machine does not start.
• Door is not fully closed.
• The start button is not pressed.
Water is not pumped away.
(The display show “ ” code)
• The drain hose is kinked.
• The filter is clogged. (Clean the filter)

• Excessive water is supplied than the normal water level.
• There is a problem with the inlet valve.

• Water is not supplied. (Water tap is not opened)
• Water is leaking from the Hose connections.
• Damage to the unit has been caused by a water leak.

• The water heater circuit is damaged.
The spray arms do not rotate
smoothly
• The mounting of the spray arms is blocked by food
particles. (Clean the holes of the spray arm)
White deposits are left on the
dish washer after washing.

• The salt container is empty.
• The salt container cap is not securely screwed on.
Streaks are left on glassware
Dry results are not satisfactory.
• Too little Rinse-Aid dispensed.
