Fault in the AutoDos (automatic dispensing)
Problem
Possible cause and solution
The following message The AutoDos function is active but no PowerDisk
appears on the display: has been inserted.
Insert PowerDisk or deacti-
vate AutoDos with OK
Insert a PowerDisk (see “Automatic dispensing/
AutoDos” under “Detergent”).
If you do not wish to use AutoDos, deactivate the
function using OK or the AutoDos sensor but-
ton.
The alarm tone is
sounding.
The program does not
start or a program that
has already started
stops.
The AutoDos lid has not been closed properly.
Close the AutoDos lid and lock it fully (see “Auto-
matic dispensing/AutoDos” under “Detergent”).
If the lid cannot be fully closed, check whether the
PowerDisk holder is lying flat (see “Inserting a
PowerDisk” under “Detergent”).

appears on the display:

If the same fault message appears again, contact
Miele Customer Service.
