12.3 Resin regeneration (for models with softener)
The frequency with which the resin regeneration cycle (regenerate) has to be carried out depends on the
number of washes performed and the hardness of the mains water.
The dishwasher indicates that it needs to be carried out when “DO REGE” appears on the display. This does
not prevent you from carrying out further wash cycles, but it is recommended that you carry out a
regeneration cycle as soon as possible.
Once it has been started, the regeneration cycle cannot be interrupted. Even if you open the door or switch
off the power, it will still need to be completed in order to use the dishwasher.
This can be done in two ways:
1) ON REQUEST
Press the button, REGE RUN appears on the display.
Regeneration starts and L2 turns blue. Towards the end of
this phase, P0 (tank unload) and the program progress
bars appear, then FILL flashes.
Press any button to start the FILL function (it stops flashing
and remains lit) and to prepare the dishwasher for use
(when End appears on the display).
2) AT THE END OF THE DAY
Press the

drainage procedure is then carried out ("UNL" appears on

When pump-out is complete the appliance switches OFF.
