the display even when the
dishwasher is closed, contact the
after sales service.
CLOSE stays on display

Dismount and clean the spray
arms

Clogged or crusted spray
arms holes.
Read “cleaning the filters during
the day”
Clogged filter
Insufficient or improper
detergent or rinse aid.
Verify detergent type and
quantity.
Worn or broken internal tube for
detergent or rinse aid of the
peristaltic pump, to be replaced
by the After-Sales Service.
This ordinary maintenance
service is recommended at least
once a year for the correct
functioning of the dosers.
Failing or insufficient use of
detergent or rinse aid: the
detergent or rinse aid cannot
be withdrawn from the
dedicated containers.
POOR WASHING RESULTS
Badly positioned dishes /
glasses.
Place dishes / glasses correctly.
Verify the temperature displayed
(depending on the model), if it is
inferior than 50°C contact
customer Support.
Low washing temperature
Increase the duration of the
washing cycle, especially if the
load is very dirty or partially
dried.
Improper set cycle
Clogged nozzles
- Verify that the nozzles are
clean and that the water
softener, if present, is working
correctly.
Boiler incrusted with
limescale
