2.5 Connection of the drain hose

Lead the drain hose to a drain with a minimum diameter of 40 mm (B) or connect it

to a suitable drain (A). The maximum height of the drain hose connection is 1000

mm. The drain hose must be installed with a hose clamp.

How to drain remaining water:

When the drain is 1000 mm above the ground, the remaining water in the drain hose

cannot be drained. In such a case, you must drain the remaining water into a suitable

container placed under the drain.

Extension hose

If the length of the hose is not sufficient, apply to your authorized service for an

extension made of the same material as the original hose. Remember that the length

of the hose (including extension) should not exceed 4 metres.

2.6 Electric connection

Requirements

You can find further information on the rating plate. Connect the appliance to a

proper electric outlet. Use the required 10 A fuse, a time-lag fuse or a recommended

circuit breaker.
