Cleaning and maintenance

The following materials must not be used for cleaning:

– High-pressure cleaner, steam jet

– Detergents containing chlorine or acid

– Cleaning sponges or wire brushes containing metal

– Abrasives or abrasive cleaning agents

Cleaning the warewasher during operation

Cleaning the warewasher at the end of the working day

Cleaning the ECO module

Daily, before emptying the warewasher for warewashers with an ECO module

Cleaning the ventilation grill

Ø Remove the ventilation grill (1) from the top and wash in the

warewasher.

Ø Refit the ventilation grill (1).

Cleaning the suction channel

Ø Open the hood.

Ø Spray the suction channel (2) with warm water. Use a water

hose, not a high-pressure cleaner.

Cleaning the grease filter

Ø Remove the grease filter (3) from the front and wash in the

warewasher.

Ø Refit the grease filter (3).
