11. The wash cycle time runs for approximately 40-seconds. (continued on next page)
12. Opening the door when the dishwasher is in-cycle will stop the dishwasher. The cycle will resume
automatically when the dishwasher door is closed.
13. The final rinse cycle begins at the end of the wash cycle and runs for approximately 12-seconds.
14. Check the FINAL RINSE temperature gauge during the final rinse and make sure that it indicates a
minimum of 180ºF/82ºC. The acceptable range of operation is 180-195ºF/82-91ºC.
15. Check the pressure gauge located at the top of the dishwasher to ensure that the final rinse
pressure maintains a flowing pressure between 20-25 PSI.
16. At the end of the rinse cycle, the in-cycle light will go out. Open the door and remove the clean
rack of wares. Repeat steps 8-15 for additional dish racks.
17. Refer to the Automatic Drain Cycle on the next page for the procedures to drain the dishwasher.

the final rinse temperature gauges are located on the front of the control cabinet.
