15. PROGRAMME SELECTION
AND SPECIAL FEATURES
The "intermittent" working of the washing
pump is NOT to be considered a
malfunction; it is a characteristic of
impulse washing, and therefore
should be considered a normal feature
of the programme.
ON/OFF button
To turn the appliance on and off, press
the ON/OFF
button.
Interrupting a Programme
Programme settings
Opening the door when a programme is
running is not recommended especially
during the main wash and final hot rinse
phases. However, if the door is opened
while a programme is running (for example,
to add dishes) the machine stops automatically.
Close the door, without pressing any buttons.
The cycle will restart from where it left off.
Open the door and place the dirty dishes
inside the appliance.
Press the "ON/OFF"
indicator light associated with the "ECO"
programme or stored programme will flash.

the selected programme will flash.
WARNING:
If you open the door during the drying
cycle, an intermittent buzzer signal
advises you that the drying cycle has
not yet finished.
To select an option, press the
corresponding button (the indicator light
will turn on).
Press the "START/RESET"
(the selected programme indicator light
will stop flashing and remain on.

Changing a running programme
If you wish to change or cancel
a
programme already in progress, proceed as
follows:
When the door is shut, after an audible
signal has sounded, the programme will
start automatically.
Hold the "RESET" button for at least 3
seconds. Several audible signals will
sound and the programme indicator lights
will turn on and off individually and in
sequence.
If there is any break in the power supply
while the dishwasher is operating, a
special memory stores the selected
programme and, when the power is
restored, it continues where it left off.
The indicator light associated with the
"ECO" programme or stored programme
will flash.
At this point a new programme can be set.
"IMPULSE" or "INTERMITTENT"
programmes
(only on some models)
WARNING:
Before starting a new programme, you
should check that there is still detergent
in the dispenser. If necessary, top up the
dispenser.
Some programmes use an impulse or
intermittent washing system (depending on
the model) which reduces consumption,
noise and improves performance.
