A0 value display
Dispensing systems
The following menu allows you to activate,
fill, and rinse dispensing systems, to change
their names if required, and to set the dis-
pensing concentration for all programs.
The A0 value is a standard known from med-
ical technology for the destruction of micro-
organisms with moist heat (cf. ISO 15883);
it is calculated from the temperature and
holding time.
Depending on the model, various dispensing
systems are available for dispensing process
chemicals.
The information “A0 value” that is displayed
at the end of the program in this dishwasher
is calculated from the temperature in the
wash chamber and the corresponding hold-
ing time. The displayed value only gives an
indication, but doesn’t exactly fulfill the di-
rective ISO 15883, as this dishwasher is not
a medical device.
Cleaning agent and rinsing agent can be dis-
pensed either via a corresponding door dis-
penser ( cleaning agent, rinsing agent)
or via suction wands for liquid media from an
external media canister. It is not possible to
activate both systems at the same time.
