  • Page 4: Safety instructions General safety warnings Read these instructions carefully before using your appliance and keep this manual for future reference. Please check the packaging of your machine before installation and the outer surface of the machine once the packaging has been removed. Do not operate the machine if it appears damaged or if the packaging has been opened. Packaging materials protect your machine from any damage that might occur during transportation. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities if they have been given supervision or instruction. Children should not be allowed to play with the appliance. Remove packaging and keep it out of reach of children. Keep children away from detergents and rinse aids. There may be some residue left in the machine after washing.
  • Page 5: Installation warnings Choose a suitable and safe place to install your machine. Only original spare parts should be used with the machine. Unplug the machine before installation. Your machine must only be installed by an authorised service agent. Check that the indoor electrical fuse system is connected in line with safety regulations. All electrical connections must match the values on the plate. Ensure the machine does not stand on the electrical supply cable. Never use an extension cord or a multiple socket connection. The plug should be accessible after the machine is installed. Connect the hose directly to the water inlet tap.
  • Page 6: During usage This machine is for domestic use only; do not use it for other purposes. Commercial use will void the guarantee. Do not stand, sit or place loads on the open door of the dishwasher. Only use detergents and rinse aids produced specifically for dishwashers. Do not drink water from the machine. Due to the danger of explosion, do not place any chemical dissolving agents into the machine’s washing section. Check the heat-resistance of plastic items before washing them in the machine. Only put items in the machine which are suitable for dishwashing, and take care not to overfill the baskets. Do not open the door while the machine is in operation; hot water may spill out. The machine door should not be left open; it may cause accidents. Place knives and other sharp objects in the cutlery basket in a blade-down position.
  • Page 7: Keep the door open for 30 minutes after a programme has ended for effective drying. Do not stand in front of the door after the auto-open signal sounds. Repair should only be performed by an authorised service company to avoid voiding the warranty. Disconnect the machine from the mains before repair work. Do not pull the cable to unplug the machine. Operation at a low voltage will cause a decline in performance levels. For safety, disconnect the plug once a program has finished. Do not unplug the machine with wet hands to avoid electric shock. Some machine components and packaging consist of recyclable materials. Packaging materials are environmentally friendly as they are recyclable.
  • Page 8: CE declaration of conformity states that products meet applicable European directives and standards. The symbol on the product indicates it should not be treated as household waste. The product must be handed over to the appropriate collection point for recycling. Proper disposal helps prevent negative consequences for the environment and human health. For detailed recycling information, contact your local city office or waste disposal service. Recycling ensures responsible handling of electrical and electronic equipment.
  • Page 9: Installation Use the new water inlet hose supplied with your machine. When positioning the machine, place it in an area where dishes can be easily loaded and unloaded. Do not put the machine in an area where the ambient temperature falls below 0°C. Run water through the new hose before connecting. Connect the hose directly to the water inlet tap. The pressure supplied by the tap should be a minimum of 0.03 MPa and a maximum of 1 MPa. After the connections are made, turn the tap on fully and check for water leaks. Leave an adequate distance around the machine to allow ease of movement when cleaning. Ensure the water inlet and outlet hoses are not squeezed or trapped. Adjust the feet so the machine is level and balanced. We recommend fitting a filter to your water inlet supply in order to prevent damage to your machine due to contamination.
  • Page 10: Electrical connection Your machine is set to operate at 220-240 V. If the mains voltage supply to your machine is 110 V, connect a transformer of 110/220 V and 3000 W between the electrical connection. Connect the product to a grounded outlet protected by a fuse complying with the values in the Technical Specifications table. The earthed plug of the machine must be connected to an earthed outlet supplied by suitable voltage and current. In the absence of earthing installation, an authorised electrician should carry out an earthing installation. In the case of use without earthing installed, we will not be responsible for any loss of use that may occur. The plug on this appliance may incorporate 13A fuse depending on the target country.
  • Page 11: Technical specifications include capacity, dimensions, net weight, operating voltage, total current, total power, and water supply pressure. The capacity is 15 place settings. Dimensions are height 820-870 mm, width 598 mm, and depth 550 mm. The net weight is 42 kg. Operating voltage is 220-240V with a frequency of 50 Hz. Total current is 10 A. Total power is 1900 W. Water supply pressure ranges from a minimum of 0.03 Mpa to a maximum of 1 Mpa. The upper basket includes racks, and there are upper and lower spray arms. The turbo drying unit provides better drying performance.
  • Page 12: Before using the appliance, ensure the electricity and water supply specifications match the installation instructions. Remove all packaging material inside the machine. Set the water softener level and fill the rinse aid compartment. For optimal washing, only add water to the salt compartment on first use. Use softener salt specifically produced for dishwashers. If the softener salt overflows, run a short washing program to protect the machine against corrosion. The dishwasher requires soft water to avoid white lime residues on dishes and to maintain performance. The softener system needs to be refreshed to maintain washing performance, using dishwasher salt. Only use special dishwasher salt; avoid small grained or powdered salts that can damage the machine. To add softener salt, open the salt compartment cap and fill it with 1 kg of salt and water.
  • Page 13: Test procedure involves running water through the tap for one minute and keeping the strip in the water for one second. The hardness level of the machine can be set from 1 to 6, with the default set to 3. For water hardness above 90 dF, it is recommended to use filter and refinement devices. The water hardness table provides levels in French dF, British dE, and German dH, with corresponding indicators L1 to L6 displayed. The dishwasher includes a water softener to reduce mains water hardness. To determine tap water hardness, contact the water company or use a test strip. To set the machine, turn it on and press the Program button for at least three seconds. The last selected water hardness level is stored in memory when the machine is turned off. Only use detergents designed for domestic dishwashers and store them out of reach of children. Add the appropriate amount of detergent based on the cycle, load size, and soil level to avoid issues like glass corrosion.
  • Page 14: Continued use of too much detergent may cause machine damage. Using little detergent can result in poor cleaning and you can see whitish streaks in hard water. If rinse aid dosage setting is set too high, you can see bluish layers on glass and dishes. To fill the rinse aid compartment, open the rinse-aid compartment cap and fill it to the MAX level. Be careful not to overfill the rinse aid compartment and wipe up any spills. The dispenser should be refilled just before the start of each programme. Rinse aid level setting follows water hardness level setting. If the dishes are not drying properly or are spotted, increase the level. If blue stains form on your dishes, decrease the level. The rinse aid helps to dry the dishes without streaks and stains.
  • Page 15: Level brightener dose indicators show the amount of rinse-aid dispensed. Rinse-aid not dispensed is indicated by r1 on the display. One dose dispensed is indicated by r2 on the display. Two doses dispensed is indicated by r3 on the display. Three doses dispensed is indicated by r4 on the display. Four doses dispensed is indicated by r5 on the display.
  • Page 16: Loading your dishwasher requires careful attention to avoid injuries and ensure optimal performance. Place long-handle and sharp-pointed knives with their sharp points facing down or horizontally in the baskets. Loading the dishwasher to the manufacturer's indicated capacity contributes to energy and water savings. The upper basket can be adjusted in height without removal, ensuring both sides are in the same position. Manual pre-rinsing of tableware is not recommended as it increases water and energy consumption. Place cups, glasses, and small plates in the upper basket, ensuring long glasses are leaned against the basket edge. All containers should be placed with openings facing downwards to prevent water collection. Use the cutlery grid in the cutlery basket for best results. Large and very dirty items should be placed in the lower rack, avoiding stacking dishes and cutlery. Ensure that dishes do not obstruct the rotation of spray arms or the opening of the detergent dispenser.
  • Page 17: Soft touch Top basket Height adjustable rack increases the capacity of the top basket. You can place glasses and cups on the racks. The height of these racks can be adjusted for different sizes of glasses. Long forks, knives, and spoons can be placed laterally on these racks. The soft touch feature is designed for fine stemmed glasses. Four folding racks allow for easy placement of large items like pots and pans. Each section of the folding racks can be folded separately. Foldable racks on the upper basket facilitate easier placement of big items. You can raise or fold down the foldable racks for larger spaces.
  • Page 18: Upper cutlery basket The upper cutlery basket is designed for the placement of large and small cutlery and utensils. The basket is easily removed from the dishwasher, allowing ease of use when removing items. Knives and other sharp objects must be placed horizontally in the cutlery basket. The upper cutlery basket is composed of two pieces that can be separately removed. Remove the left or right section of the cutlery basket to obtain more space for items in the upper basket.
  • Page 19: Alternative basket loads Lower basket Un chargement incorrect peut entraîner de mauvaises performances de lavage et de séchage. Veuillez suivre les recommandations du fabricant pour obtenir un bon résultat. Unsuitable items for dishwashing Cigarette ashes, candle leftovers, polish, paint, chemical substances, iron-alloy materials. Upper basket Forks, spoons and knives with wooden, bone, ivory or nacre-coated handles; glued items, items soiled with abrasive, acidic or base chemicals. Temperature-sensitive plastics, copper or tin-coated containers. Incorrect loading can cause poor washing and drying performance. Please follow the manufacturer's recommendations for a good performance result.
  • Page 20: Quick Wash Program for normally soiled daily using dishes. Suitable for both lightly soiled dishes and quick wash. Auto program for normally soiled delicate dishes. • Page 21: The program duration may change according to the amount of dishes, the water temperature, the ambient temperature and selected additional functions. Eco programme is suitable to clean normally soiled tableware and is the most efficient programme in terms of its combined energy and water consumption. Washing tableware in a household dishwasher usually consumes less energy and water in the use phase than hand dishwashing when used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Only use powder detergent for short programs. Short programs do not include drying. To assist drying, we recommend slightly opening the door after a cycle is complete. You can access the product database where the model information is stored by reading the QR code on the energy label. According to regulations 1016/2010 and 1059/2010, Eco program energy consumption values may differ. This table is in line with regulations 2019/2022 and 2017/2022.

Natural Ion Tech provides extra hygiene through ion technology and operates as an independent program. Natural Ion Tech is activated by pressing the Options button for 3 seconds and will automatically cancel after 24 hours without user intervention.
  • Page 26: To remove and clean the filter combination, turn it counter clockwise and remove it by lifting it upwards. Cleaning your dishwasher is important to maintain the machine’s service life. Make sure that the water softening setting is done correctly and the correct amount of detergent is used to prevent limescale accumulation. Never use your dishwasher without a filter. Incorrect fitting of the filter will reduce the washing effectiveness. Clean filters are necessary for proper running of the machine. Make sure that the spray holes are not clogged and that no food waste or foreign object is stuck to the spray arms. To extend the life of your dishwasher, clean the appliance regularly each month. Wipe the door seals regularly with a damp cloth to remove any accumulated residue or foreign objects. Clean the filters and spray arms at least once a week.
  • Page 27: Drain pump may be blocked by large food residues or foreign objects not captured by the filters. Rinsing water will accumulate above the filter if the pump is blocked. Warning: Risk of cuts when cleaning the waste water pump due to broken glass or pointed implements. Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning. Remove baskets and filters before cleaning the pump. Scoop out water and use a sponge if necessary. Check the area for foreign objects and remove them. Reinstall filters and reinsert baskets after cleaning.
  • Page 28: Troubleshooting Possible causes for issues with the dishwasher include being unplugged or switched off. Check indoor fuses if the fuse is blown. Ensure the water inlet tap is turned on and the dishwasher door is closed. If the program does not start, verify that the water inlet tap is open and the door is closed. Clogged water inlet hose and machine filters can prevent operation. Water remaining inside the machine may indicate clogged filters or an unfinished program. If the machine stops during washing, check for water inlet failures. Shaking and hitting noises may result from the spray arm hitting dishes in the lower basket. Ensure dishes are placed correctly and not overloaded to avoid spray arm blockage. Use the correct amount of detergent as instructed to prevent partial food waste on dishes.
  • Page 29: Fault possible cause troubleshooting Use the correct amount of detergent, as instructed in the programme table. Not enough detergent used.
